Mamasan Restaurant and Bar

Mamasan Restaurant and Bar brings South East Asian inspired concept to Liverpool ONE

Liverpool ONE, 24 College Lane, Liverpool L1 3DS

Liverpool ONE will soon be home to contemporary South East Asian inspired restaurant and bar, Mamasan, a premium experiential dining concept captures the true essence of modern South East Asia.

Spanning a 6,875 sq ft space, across three-floors, Mamasan restaurant and bar will feature striking interiors, DJs, a vibrant culinary offering, and an expansive panoramic roof terrace

Signature dishes on the menu include a starter of Thai Prawn & Chicken Taco, alongside main dishes of Smoked Short Rib of Beef & Bone Marrow Massaman Curry, and Black Miso Cod with pickled radish and ginger.

Located in the heart of the city, the venue will be announcing their in-house dining events and live music takeovers.

GPO Liverpool

GPO, Liverpool's newest food hall at Metquarter

Everybody loves a good old food market, so foodies will be delighted to hear about GPO Liverpool, the newest food hall heading to the Metquarter.

Showcasing the best up-and-coming food and drink talent in the city, food stalls will include Bullion Craft Bean Café, Restaurant Konjo, Jail Bird Nashville Fired Chicken, Patty B’s Burgers, Thai 25, Dirty Herb Vegan Kitchen and Bubble Tea.

Located on the Victoria Street entrance adjoining Everyman, GPO Liverpool is set to be a destination of choice for locals and visitors to the city.

Wanting to try something nuts and fun? Then Boom Battle Bar with have you crazy cats going wild with a 100ft crazy golf course, darts, beer pong and of course axe-throwing stations!

Popular family-owned Asian Street food specialists Maggie Fu will be opening in Liverpool ONE this spring after the success of their South Liverpool venue.

Serving up delights such as their favourite Salt & Pepper Chicken, Shredded Crispy Chilli Beef, Katsu and Sweet & Sour Chicken, Maggies big bowl stir fry dishes will also be on the menu.

If you love a good takeaway and haven’t yet had a chance to try out the South Liverpool site make sure you add the Liverpool ONE venue to your list, you won’t be disappointed!

DEREK’S

47A Allerton Road, Liverpool L18 2DA

Bringing that little bit of America to the heart of Allerton, New York inspired sandwich bar DEREK’S is one to add to your list.

From fresh coffee to the best subs this side of the Atlantic, this quaint deli with its innovative American culture vibe has also got some trendy merch to get your hands on.

Open for takeaway, there will also be an elbow bar inside once fully open where you can pull up a stool as well as casual seating to chill. Signature sandwiches include the Gabagool, the Moltisanti and a twist in a Reuben.

Coffee, Iced coffees and homemade iced tea will also be on the menu.

The team behind healthy meal prep company Macro Balance have now brought their tasty dishes to Dale Street under their brand Well Liverpool.

Located within fitness centre The Lab Liverpool, the team bring both healthy delicious food and drink to help you ‘Eat Well, Train Well, Be Well’. From freshly prepared juices such as berry, citrus and ginger, to dishes such as Halloumi Rigatoni, Salt & Pepper Steak strips with wholegrain rice to Salt & Pepper Halloumi Wraps, make sure you pay a visit to kickstart you day.

Tempest on Tithebarn

12 Tithebarn Street, Liverpool L2 2DT

Independent Liverpool bar operator Ma Pub Group has announced they will be transforming the former Hus café bar on Tithebarn Street into New York inspired Tempest on Tithebarn.

Focusing heavily on brunches, lunches, cocktails and craft beer, the new venue will be full advantage of the outside and roof-top space when the good weather arrives.

Tempest on Tithebarn is set to open this Spring and spans over 5000sf across ground floor and a basement events space, with an imposing frontage which also compromises a roof terrace that was the highlight of the site when it previously operated as Hus.
