Aber Falls – Abergwyngregyn

Aber Falls is a family friendly circular to the spectacular Rhaeadr Fawr waterfall. Abergwyngregyn sits at the foot of the spectacular Aber Falls waterfall which is is a well- known tourist destination in the Snowdonia National Park.

Best waterfalls you’ll probably see in the UK. The walk on the shorter route (yellow) is a nice easy work which you can do with your kids, dog and even a pram.

We took a detour by the main water fall (you go over the bridge and up the stairs and you’ll see a gate), which leads you to a 2nd waterfall. The path does get more difficult this way and if you continue on this path you’ll see some boss views but it can become a tough walk.

I recommend you go an see the 2nd water fall and then turn back onto the yellow route. If you do decide to continue, you’ll get to a point where you think you’re going the wrong way… just stick to the path and the route eventually directs you back to the car park.

Either route is a really good walk with it’s own amazing views.
