Liverpool gym brand Absolute Body Solutions is offering the chance for people to try out a personal training session for free later this month in the run up to National Fitness Day.
The premium gym space will throw open its doors and is encouraging anyone who is struggling with their fitness to book in a time to come along to speak with ABS’ friendly and welcoming team of personal trainers who will be able to give loads of advice on how to stay on track towards achieving their goals this autumn.
The gym is also offering out a limited number of free personal training sessions on the day that can be done individually or in a pair. To compliment the session the team is making their Body Composition Machine available to use which will give people a full breakdown of their body metrics, including biological age and muscle mass.
For those feeling up to the 45-minute one-to-one session, they will be taken through a full body session that the team will tailor to each person’s individual fitness levels.
It can be one of the toughest times of the year when it comes to fitness with many people returning from a long summer break who are now looking to get back into fitness and new routines with their diet in the long run up to Christmas.
