Absolute Body Solutions will be hosting two Open Days at their gym facilities in Liverpool and everyone is invited to book in for a free personal training session to see what ABS is all about.
The dates for the Open Days are: Saturday 31st October at ABS’ South Liverpool gym in Speke and Wednesday 4th November at ABS’ gym in Liverpool city centre.
Both events will run from 8am and if you fancy trying out a free personal training session for yourself at either of the events, you will need to pre-book a time in with the gym before hand by emailing their team at: info@absolutebodysolutions.com. Sessions will be subject to availability so book early to get your slot.
The free sessions will see participants paired with one of ABS’ personal trainers, who will take them through a classic 45 minute workout. The sessions will be for people of all fitness levels and if anyone has any questions before hand, the team at ABS will be happy to answer them all.
It is now more important than ever to stay as fit and as healthy as possible and even if you do not want to take part in a free PT session but just want to ask the ABS team a question, book in a time to pop along on either Open Day and the team will be able to give you tips and advice on all things health and fitness.
