At Albert’s Schloss Liverpool, it’s always a good morning because the Cook Haus serves Royale breakfast dishes every day from 9am to 12pm.

The Kroissant Royale takes the top spot on the menu; it is a freshly baked croissant topped with melted gouda cheese, burford brown fried eggs, shallots, chives, and your choice of smoked back bacon, the Schloss’s famous bratwurst, or Moving Mountains vegan sausage.

Other dishes include the Salmon Royale and Spicy Mushroom Royale; both served on Haus-pide bread with Burford Brown poached eggs and hollandaise, the former featuring delicious Ugie smoked salmon and latter adding a kick with chilli and molasses roast oyster mushrooms.

You can ‘Go Royale’ with Schloss’ klassic Cook Haus breakfast, which means a double helping of bratwurst and bacon for just £4 extra, to add to your Burford Brown egg, roasted portobello mushroom, baked beans, hash brown, roast tomato and Pain de Mie toast.

Favourites Turkish Eggs, Haus Pastries and sweet and savoury pancakes are also on the seasonal menu.

Lighter bites include Haus granola, featuring Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit compote, cinnamon and roasted seeds.

Whether you fancy a tipple or not, there are plenty of options; from the classic liveners Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini, to Schloss hot schokolade and freshly squeezed limonata.

Book your table now here.
