Liverpool is a city that is vibrate and booming when it comes to the independent business scene, and always unites as a community to support our own. So, we was delighted to hear that Dale Street opened its doors to new kid on the block Baby E Coffee & Deli.
This new venue offers Coffee, Brunch, Deli and wine all under one roof, which is fair to say this place has powered from the starting blocks full force. The independent business opened this month, with masterminds behind the idea Lauren Clinton and her partner Chris. What makes this cute location different? Baby E offers specialty sourced coffee from the lovely HasBean of Manchester and they have invested lots of time & training in their baristas.
Lauren says: “Our initial business idea was primarily a coffee shop serving all-day brunch, but with the space we have and the amazing location we have also opted to explore the deli wine bar idea.”
Baby E Coffee & Deli is set to bring Liverpool some exciting Brunch, Lunch, Coffee and Wine, with them also teaming up with Morgenrot. The teaming up has allowed tasting sessions to help pair up wines against the meats & cheeses they offer, to benefit marketing them to the customer in a unique way.
With an array of different choices this place is set to be a massive hit in the city, so pop in when next at Dale Street and grab a coffee and say hi to the gang.
