Botanico, the recently opened restaurant in Woolton Village, is hosting its inaugural New Year’s Eve celebration with its customers.
Botanico will celebrate the arrival of 2024 in a grand manner by offering a four-course meal, aperitifs, and live music at their exquisite restaurant located in the centre of Woolton. The restaurant has attracted numerous visitors from Liverpool and beyond since opening.
At a cost of £85 per individual, guests can anticipate a reception featuring aperitifs in the magnificent tea room of Botanico, followed by a serving of Prosecco and appetisers.
Subsequently, starting at 8.45pm, guests will be escorted to the primary dining space to partake in a three-course meal accompanied by live entertainment.
Initially, guests have the option to partake in a variety of culinary offerings, such as tenderised beef that has been cooked slowly and served with a smooth potato puree, a combination of burrata cheese, beef tomatoes and parma ham, calamari accompanied by garlic mayonnaise and a zesty salsa, and pan-fried king prawns served with a cherry tomato sauce infused with chilli and garlic.
Alternatively, vegetarians can opt for the parmigiana, which consists of oven-baked aubergine stacked with tomato sauce, mozzarella parmesan, and basil. Vegans, on the other hand, can enjoy the delightful beetroot houmous accompanied by homemade focaccia.
The main course options include indulgent ravioli lobster with lobster bisque, roasted cod supreme with crushed new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, capers, and black olives, fillet mignon served with potato terrine, spinach, and peppercorn sauce, chicken supreme with potato puree, Italian soffritto, and tarragon sauce, or mushroom and truffle risotto.
The evening will conclude with delectable homemade desserts, skillfully crafted by Botanico’s talented pastry team. The available choices consist of lemon tart, vanilla tart with lemon cream, raspberry gel and vanilla crumble with raspberry sorbet, chocolate fondant with vanilla gelato, or traditional homemade tiramisu.
A singer and guitarist will serenade guests with live music throughout the evening, creating a wonderful atmosphere ahead of ringing in the new year at midnight.
The tables will be equipped with party poppers, blowers, party hats, and various accessories. Partake in the celebrations until 1am.
