“It is always a great time when we open up applications for traders to our sites, but we feel particularly excited with our move to Liverpool. We hope to introduce a unique offering of food and drink operators which will enhance the already impressive offering in the Baltic Triangle. Successful applicants will have access to world class kitchen units, and we will be continuing to invest heavily in technology to deliver a seamless customer experience.”

With a total area of 21,000 square feet and a capacity for 600 covers, BOXPARK Liverpool will have 8 kitchens, bars, and outdoor seating areas.

The group is putting more than £3.5 million into the Baltic Triangle and plans to create 150 new jobs there. Additionally, the project will bring in a sizable amount of foot traffic, with over a million visitors anticipated annually*.

BOXPARK has agreed to a 15-year lease with Cains Brewery Village for the site, located within the city’s booming Baltic Triangle.
