Are you ready for a new cocktail bar? Well look no further than Dale Street where Liverpool welcomes Carlisi, a new modern Italian fused cocktail experience which opens its doors this August.
Launching on Friday, Carlisi will offer a chic, sassy and competitively priced aperitivo menu for you to indulge. Not only offering great cocktails the venue will also serve light bites made from locally sourced fresh ingredients, a taste of Italy with a twist.
Guests will be treated to authentic and bold Italian flavours, delivered fashionably with all the style and panache you associate with Italy.
Alessio Carlisi, Owner, says:
“I came to Liverpool 10 years ago as a young man, looking to learn his trade and establish a career in the city’s hospitality industry.
I’ve been tutored by wonderful teachers and I’ve worked in some wonderful places; the city opened its arms to me and it’s here in Liverpool where I’ve realised my dreams. I’m so proud and happy to say that the doors here at Carlisi are now open to you”.
