Doogles Donuts Celebrate Eurovision with limited edition donuts

Doogles Donuts are inviting their customers to choose the winner of Eurovision by selecting their favourite donut inspired by some the competing nations.

Developed by Doogle’s Chief Donuteer, the limited-edition donuts will be available from Tuesday May 9th at all four Doogles stores throughout the Eurovision competition.

Flavours are based on traditional foods from each country, and specials include a French Macaron, Spanish Churro, Greek Baklawa, Italian Tiramisu and a Victoria Sponge Donut to represent the UK.

Doogles will also be preparing a limited number of blue and yellow ring donuts to celebrate the city’s special relationship with Ukraine.

Having recently opened their fourth store in Liverpool’s Mann Island, Doogles newest branch will be central to the Eurovision action.

Doogles Donuts founder Christian Anderson said:

“Our new Doogles store is located between the Eurovision Village and the M&S Bank Arena so we’re excited to be in the heart of the action. We know that the people of Liverpool have great taste, and we think that whichever donut sells out first has a good chance of being the Eurovision winner!”

Doogles will also be joining forces with a number of other independent businesses across the city in serving up limited edition drinks during Eurovision in ‘The Good Cup’ – a cutting-edge packaging innovation in response to the global plastic crisis.

For every drink sold in The Good Cup, a donation will be made to The Ukrainian Welcome Centre in Crosby who offer a support network for Ukrainians and their local sponsors.
