Enjoy Jazz Saturdays at Ma Boyle’s this Winter

Ma Boyle’s Alehouse and Eatery and Parrjazz, unveils their final run of Jazz Saturdays dates at the historic maritime venue, all the way to their Christmas Eve special to see out the year in the finest of styles.

The partnership continues to introduce a vibrantly kaleidoscopic range of jazz sounds to Liverpool, infused with and inspired by the magic of New Orleans and Brazilian beats to the simmering back streets of Paris. A spectrum of jazz innovators, stars and collectives have made Saturday nights their own at Ma Boyle’s, hand-picked by Parrjazz to enrapture guests, with all shows free to attend.

November and December’s dates feature returning favourites including Baiana and The Manouchetones to a debut from Sandcastles, whilst Rob Stringer is the special guest for the final show of 2022 – Christmas Eve.

Ma Boyle’s founder Iain Hoskins says:

“It’s been a tremendous year for Jazz Saturdays at Ma Boyle’s and collaborating with Parrjazz has been a roaring success. Between us we have cultivated a loyal following who crave something a bit different for their nights out. Jazz suits Ma’s so well. It’s cosy and intimate especially at this time of year into winter and our regular weekly evening of beautiful music keeps growing. We’re excited for the final run of shows for 2022, then there’s a break until Saturday 21st January 2023.”
