Liverpool Pretty Muddy Kids 2023

Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids heads to Liverpool’s Sefton Park this July.

Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

The Liverpool Pretty Muddy Kids 5k is a single lap course that takes a scenic route through Sefton Park. Featuring predominantly flat footpaths in amongst the obstacles, it gives some stunning views of the picturesque park whilst a lot of fun takes place.

There are a mixture of obstacles along the way including inflatables, climbing, crawling and mud!

All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles for health and safety purposes.

Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home!
