The Liverpool Sleepout is back again for 2022 at St James in the City, Upper Parliament Street, Liverpool.
The Whitechapel Centre are set to host a socially distanced sponsored Liverpool Sleepout to increase awareness and raise money to continue their work to end homelessness in Liverpool.
Although there is a serious message behind the event, the team want to ensure it will be a memorable and hopefully enjoyable experience, so join them for an unforgettable night . . .which will give you an insight into homelessness and the issues faced.
The Whitechapel Centre work hard to make sure no one needs to sleep rough in Liverpool, but there are still people who need our help. For any one rough sleeping we provide help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we don’t turn anyone away – there is always help available.
On the night of the Liverpool Sleepout you will be sleeping outside in the grounds of St James in the City, Upper Parliament Street, Liverpool which is close to Baltic Triangle. There will be stewards on hand during the night, and there will be access to toilets and refreshments.
The Whitechapel Centre have organised entertainment for the event, and during the evening we will be looking at awarding a number of prizes for the following categories:
All participants must be aged 18 or over and registered with us in advance.
Entry Fee is £10 per person and non-refundable.
Sponsorship target is £150 per person.
