St Michaels live presents – John Power

John Power head to St Michaels Church this March for an intimate gig.

An extraordinary career from the La’s, to playing John Lennon, solo artist and Cast frontman, John Power is one of the greatest singer-songwriters Liverpool has ever produced (and he’s up there with very best).

A songwriter of incredible skill, Johns songs became the soundtrack to a Britpop generation, and as an artist and craftsman he’s never stopped moving, writing or creating. Born out of Liverpools iconic band, The La’s, he has covered ground from Beefheart infused delta blues through to melodic pop anthems.

This is an incredible oportunity to see the man, and the songs, up close in a stunning Grade 1 listed church nestled in the heart of St Michaels Liverpool.
