In the latest edition of our ‘Faces behind the Business’ series, we caught up with Ann Chambers, Founder of iStay Liverpool; luxury apartments and party pad specialists.
When did you first get into the industry?
I have 5 years experience in hospitality and 30 years in property.
How long have you worked at iStay and what is your job role?
2 years ago. I created the business when I saw the gap in the serviced apartment market in our great city of Liverpool..
I chose iStay for the prime locations in the city centre ! We are in all the key areas of the city from the Ropewalks with Duke Street to the Cavern Quarter with the UNO building. We are the higher end company of short stay accommodation in all the key areas of the city. Put simply we are high spec, purpose built group stay accommodation.
What’s the best bit of advice you could give to anyone looking at working in your line of work?
To strive to improve each day. I am up very early and go to bed very late every single day!
What do you love most about Liverpool?
The People – The Sports – The Architecture – The Culture – The Music – The Coastline. We are a great mix and a truly great City..
