For 2019, the TheraPlate UK Liverpool International Horse Show has teamed up with super cool parent-focused publication and events company, ParentFolk, who this year are transforming the ‘Kids Zone’ with the ultimate in kids entertainment.
Entertaining the kids after a present crazed, chocolate filled Christmas can be a tall order, especially with the stress of New Year’s Eve just around the corner. To the delight of many, the TheraPlate UK Liverpool International Horse Show is back from 28th – 31st December at the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool with an array of exciting activities for the kids, mind-blowing acts and family entertainment.
ParentFolk’s jam-packed line-up for the Kids Zone, which is bigger and better than ever before, will not disappoint. From equestrian-themed crafts including make your own hobby horse, designing your own horse mask and even poster screen-printing to a temporary tattoo station and a family selfie competition.
Outside the Kids Zone and for the thrill-seekers out there, new for 2019 is the high tech, high-energy LED FMX Bike Display which will have guests on the edge of their seats. The intensely choreographed performances will include world-class FMX bike riding and LED dance routines in an intoxicating mix of lights, pyro and nail-biting stunts.
Each show will also feature live music from ‘The Kings’ who are set to put on an incredible performance in the run up to the New Year, which is guaranteed to have guests up on their feet. The New Year’s countdown will also feature a magnificent indoor firework display as the clocks strike midnight, the perfect way to see in 2020 as a family.
For equestrian enthusiasts, there will be a host of world class dressage and showjumping as some of the finest horses and riders in the World are welcomed to Liverpool. The fast and furious Shetland Pony Grand National, a top family favourite, is returning and new for 2019 are the ‘An Audience With’ sessions starring This Esme and internet sensation Teddy the Shetland, which will no doubt prove a huge hit with the kids.
Show President, Nina Barbour, comments: “We are so excited to be working with ParentFolk on the Kids Zone this year.
