Bold Street is set to be ignited with a new addition to the independent eat and drink scene, all thanks to Graffiti Spirits Group.
The company behind a string of Liverpool’s most popular independent restaurants and bars, has announced the portfolio’s latest venture Slim’s, which will open on Bold Street in a matter of weeks.
The award-winning group has acquired the former Love Thy Neighbour site and will transform the venue into a new all-day eatery. Taking inspiration from high-end New York diners, Slim’s will have a varied menu that will provide something for everyone, including a delicious vegetarian and vegan offering.
Once open, Slim’s will become the city’s most popular gourmet diner, offering quality comfort food in laid-back surroundings.
Menu staples will include the delicious award-winning roast dinners served in metal trays and classic American-style burgers.
The restaurant will also be home to a downstairs sports bar that will show popular sports channels and games.
