iStay Liverpool, no1 for luxury apartments in Liverpool, have fully refurbished The Uno Building on Temple Court in the Cavern Quarter and open for business as the country moves further along and out of most lockdown restrictions.
The Liverpool party pad business had millions of TikTok views as it prepares to launch its latest apartments.
As Liverpool is enjoying a buoyant boost to its leisure and tourism sector as lifted restrictions allow extended freedoms, luxury apartment and party pad specialist, iStay Liverpool, are putting the finishing touches to their stunning flagship accommodation, at 1-3 Temple Court, and now named the Uno building, in the heart of the city’s legendary Cavern Quarter.
All in preparation of officially opening the completed building at the end of May. The site has been operating for just on a year with lower floors but now all floors are fully completed and the whole site is ready to welcome guests back to the Liverpool region. All with the addition now of the soon to open Tres basement bar below the building.
A delighted guest recently shared their love of their iStay Liverpool apartment on social media giant TikTok, and within two weeks the video clip has received over 7 million views. The iStay team have been so thrilled with the national and international feedback and spotlight on them and the city that they have launched their own TikTok platform, as well as intensifying their other social media campaigns, employing a local specialist to assist them.
The Uno building launch adds to the company’s already established and prestigious portfolio including properties in key city centre sites in Bold Street, Water Street, Rodney Street, and The Merchant, which is their boutique Apart Hotel. The business has set a benchmark by ensuring that every location across the group meets the same premium standards and this new launch is unique in terms of its location and cultural placement.
iStay Liverpool’s new Temple Court accommodation consists of 13 luxury apartments, each with its own unique feel, housing between 6-17 guests, providing a wide range of options according to each group’s size and requirements. Each apartment features breath-taking modern interiors with all the facilities expected from first class party apartment living: from spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens and sumptuous bathrooms, high-tech features and security as well as individual personal touches, right down to lit make-up stations!
For partygoers who like to start their celebrations while they prepare for their day or evening out, guests can from the end of May order their own cocktails from iStay’s soon to open first bar, Tres, directly below in the same building, as well as calling in on their way out, or on their way home.
Ann Chambers, Managing Director of iStay Liverpool who has built the brand up in less than three years from scratch, said:
“The attention and positive reaction we have received from going viral via TikTok has been such a rewarding and pleasant surprise for us. Having millions of viewers engage with what we do at iStay is the bonus of having guests who love what we do sharing their experiences.
“The team has worked so hard to get Temple Court ready, with every finer detail taken care of, and it really is something to be proud of. It is wonderful to have our first bar, Tres, so close to opening also and it is an exciting time to be launching this key part of our portfolio, which is also enabling us to create further employment in this vibrant part of the city. We look forward to welcoming local guests, staycation clients and eventually international visitors to our latest luxury home-from-home right in the heart of the Cavern Quarter. We know this site will attract partygoers who can walk out of their door right into some of the city’s best bars, restaurants, clubs, tourist areas and first-rate shopping experiences.”
As a busy summer awaits, iStay Liverpool’s latest guests will be able to enjoy taking advantage of everything the city has to offer, ensuring that this Liverpool company maintains and grows its status, on TikTok and beyond, both in the UK and around the globe. With more sites currently in the pipeline this Liverpool company is continuing to grow and create much needed jobs in the hospitality sector that has been hit so hard since the pandemic arrived early last year.
