Football themed venue Jurgens Bierhaus which opened at the start of the 2019-2020 football season, will be rolling out a series of Ex LFC Legends nights. Jurgens is based at the site of the old Tom Halls Tavern on the Strand in Liverpool city centre.
Local in demand artist Paul Curtis was commissioned to create 2 main feature walls. First is a huge Jurgen Klopp portrait which faces customers as they enter the site. The second is a Hillsborough tribute wall and the venue is full of LFC memorabilia.
First up on Friday 31st January is reds legend Alan Kennedy. Alan Played over 350 games for Liverpool winning 5 league titles and 2 European Cups/Champions Leagues amongst other honours. This attacking full back even scored the winner in the 1981 European final against the mighty Real Madrid.
The night will be compared also by Neil Fitzmaurice the comedian and TV star who is a big reds fan. There will be photo opportunities with a European Cup at the end also.
Other former reds players and managers on at the venue soon include Roy Evans next month and may more will be announced very soon.
