Chapters Of Us is a coffee shop, bar and low waste eatery based in Baltic Creatives newest development, Digital House, on Simpson Street. We’ve created the space as a venue, hangout and general gathering spot for the local community of creatives, professionals, students and tourists alike.

We offer a simple, fresh breakfast and lunch menu with daily changing soups and stews. Our coffee is from local roastery Neighbourhood coffee, we have natural wines from Bunch, rotating craft beers on tap and aperitif style cocktails. As well as boozless cocktails, local kombucha and sustainable softs.
