We opened HOP/SCOTCH at the start of the year in an effort to introduce independently bottled whiskies and other spirits to Liverpool’s nightlife. The vast majority of our whiskies are single cask, cask strength, indie bottles meaning that it’s whisky in it’s most raw form; undiluted, un-chill filtered, and without colouring meaning that what you’re getting is whisky straight from the cask. There is nowhere else in the city with a primary focus on this type of spirit, and with somewhere in the region of 100 bottles covering a wide array of flavour profiles and price ranges, you’ll be sure to sample something unique. For those who just aren’t into neat spirits we also have a strong focus on classic cocktails and craft beer.

During the outbreak of COVID-19 we have also started delivering our whisky by the 25mL measure around Liverpool and the rest of the country in small glass bottles, and in plastic free packaging. You can find the full range on our ‘dram delivery service’ page on the website.
