People come to pilates to enhance their own fitness routine and also as a rehabilitative exercise for movement problems that have arisen or been caused by poor posture, injury and pain. The classes are overseen by Faye who is a chartered, HCPC registered physiotherapist and Hollie who is a Chartered Podiatrist. Pilates, correctly taught, is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. We welcome everyone to join us on the mat whether you are a beginner, long-term lover of Pilates, recovering from surgery or have a long-term health condition. We welcome mums to be and mums to one, two or three & more. It is also a safe way of exercises and can be vey effective if you are living with and beyond cancer.
