In the UK’s most sociable city, Grosvenor announced that three food and beverage concepts will be joining the destination’s long list of hospitality operators at Liverpool ONE’s Wall Street and Chavasse Park.

Bagel Factory is making its debut in Liverpool with its grab-and-go concept centred around bagels. It will be joining two motorised food and drink pop-ups, The Bus Yard and Big Kahuna.

With a Wall Street kiosk selected, Bagel Factory will introduce its rapidly expanding business to the city for the first time. The main goal of Bagel Factory, which is set to open in April, is to source premium ingredients to make fresh, healthy food.

Bagel Factory, which recently received certification as halal-friendly, provides a variety of bagel options suitable for every time of day, including savoury, sweet, gluten-free, and vegan options. This grab-and-go style of food is set to keep up with Liverpool ONE’s hustle and bustle, delivering delicious quick bites to the location along with a catering service for larger gatherings.

Liverpool ONE is also welcoming the return of The Bus Yard, their third partnership with the unique pop-up, which is making its way back to Chavasse Park. From the end of March to the end of August, Chavasse Park will be transformed by The Bus Yard’s installation of its restored vintage Bedford Truck bar.

Food and beverages, including a wide selection of cocktails, will be served al fresco alongside deck chairs, cushions and picnic blankets. Additionally, the Bus Yard will host live music performances by acoustic artists, which will help kick off the summer vibes and unite people in what promises to be the season’s most social hub.

In addition, Big Kahuna, a street food vendor from Liverpool, will be based on Wall Street as part of Liverpool ONE, adding its Thai food truck to the exciting culinary scene that Liverpool ONE has to offer.

Rob Deacon, Asset Management Director at Liverpool ONE, said:

“Liverpool ONE continues to be the destination of choice for brand’s launching debut sites in the city. The Bagel Factory’s commitment to Liverpool ONE, coupled with the third return of The Bus Yard and Big Kahuna’s pop-up, demonstrates the diverse range of F&B we have on offer. These exciting additions are set to further enliven Liverpool ONE, offering the community in the UK’s most sociable city the perfect opportunity to come together.”

Antonio Ghirarduzzi, Managing Director at Bagel Factory commented:

“We are really looking forward to launching Bagel Factory in Liverpool for the first time, bringing our bagels to a city full of on-the-go movement, where we truly feel the demand for us will be strong. An established and renowned destination such as Liverpool ONE offers us the opportunity to confidently debut in a new city, and we are incredibly excited to open our doors next month.”

Bagel Factory, The Bus Yard, and Big Kahuna will join Liverpool ONE’s recent F&B openings, including The Real Greek and The Botanist, both of which launched their city debuts earlier this year.
