For thrill-seekers of all ages and families, the centre offers a variety of exciting activities. There is something for everyone, from the thrilling Aqua Park to the famous Lord Mayor’s Dragon Boat Race.
Liverpool Watersports Centre, located at Queens Dock, is a not-for-profit organisation that is part of the charity Local Solutions. Their goal is to provide a variety of reasonably priced activities for both individuals and groups, so making watersports accessible to everyone.
Paddleboarding, open-water swimming, kayaking and canoeing, an amazing Aqua Park, and many other sports are available at Liverpool Watersports Centre.
Huge inflatable playground on the water is a feature of the Aqua Park. The playground features a see-saw, several climbing apparatus, slides, monkey bars, a spinning rocket, and a catapult swing, among other activities. Families and friends can splash, bounce, and play together there just perfectly. The Aqua Park is now open and will continue until September, ensuring an exciting summer.
This summer, another significant event is the Sunday, May 12th Lord Mayor’s Dragon Boat Race. Teams from throughout Liverpool are brought together for this thrilling event, which raises money for Local Solutions, the Lord Mayor’s Charity of the Year.
