The city’s popular Italian Quarter is welcoming a new venue to its ever-growing food and drink portfolio in the form of Hey Farina.
Located in the heart of Williamson Square, the site will be open seven days a week and specialise in all things flour as the name suggests. It will serve diners authentic pasta, salads, focaccia and baked goods, and stand proudly alongside the city’s popular P&D Deli, which is led by experienced hospitality expert Donato Cillo.
“We are so proud to showcase our culture and cuisine in a city that is bursting with incredible food and an extremely supportive community. Hey Farina is our twist on modern Italian dining whilst using quality produce and ingredients in a variety of regional recipes.
