Mental Health Matters Day – 12 hours of back to back sessions

This Friday (5th February) Leanne Wall, a local business owner will be bringing us 12 hours of back-to-back activities for the whole family to enjoy and take part in. 

Leanne wants to showcase how many different types of activities and groups are out there that can help keep our minds happy and active.

Over 16 businesses will be taking part in the event all giving up their free time to help raise money for mental health charity Mind.

People watching can make a small donation were possible to the Mind charity by clicking on the tag during each session.

Mind, provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, whilst also campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding around mental health.

The sessions will be broadcast live throughout the day on Leanne’s Instagram page @the_weight_loss_prep_kitchen

The sessions start from 8.30am this Friday (5th February) Please see the below timetable for all session times and activities.

15.15 – Singing and dancing with Mr Tumble (kids session) with @mrtumbleliverpool

16.00 – Abs blast with @bootycampliverpool

16.30 – Free your mind with @robyns_reiki_

17.00 – Socially progressive mental health with Matty Caine from First Persons Project

18.00 – Music is therapy with @ameiliapreston_dj

19.00 – Singing with Elsa (kids session) with @fairytales_and_fun_parties

19.30 – Yoga with @nicolacooke_yoga

20.30 – Purpose and prayer with Lauren @letmeshowyouhow13
