Botanico has launched a new Vegan menu for Veganuary which includes fresh juices, breakfast and brunch dishes and pizza and pasta options too!

Juices include their Ace – orange and carrot, Green Juice – cucumber, apple and kiwi and Wildfire – beetroot and apple. When it comes to Breakfast and Brunch options, Botanico’s Vegan Fry Up which includes smashed avocado, scrambled tofu, grilled tomato, portobello mushroom, two vegan sausages, roasted peppers, hash browns and baked beans is sure to be popular, or there’s also vegan wild mushrooms served with cherry tomatoes and spinach or vegan avocado on sourdough served with cherry tomatoes, green salsa and beetroot hummus, or Botanico’s homemade granola bowl served with vegan yogurt and berries.

For those dining for lunch from 12pm, or on the bistro menu from 5pm, there’s Botanico’s vegan burger served with salad stack, vegan pepper mayo and avocado or fresh salads including the Avocado Caprese served with beef tomatoes and vegan cheese, the Veggie Bowl served with roasted root veg and house dressing, or Penne Arrabbiata served with vegan cheese and the Rustica pizza served with tomato, vegan cheese and roasted vegetables. 

Desserts at Botanico are made fresh, in-house each day and always sell out! Vegan options include the Lotus jar, vegan chocolate brownie and vegan carrot cake.
