Sean said about the evening:

‘It took me 24 hours to process that the show actually happened. I would like to say thank you to everybody who came to see my debut solo show on Sunday. What a night! Somebody said to me during the evening, ‘Mate, this room is just full of happiness’, and it really was. For me putting this show on has been my biggest project to date. Full of challenges and learning experiences in the lead up. Seeing the warehouse full of smiling faces with my proudest body of work on display was worth the work. I hope everyone enjoyed the evening.’

Sean said about his team:

‘I would like to once again thank my sponsors; CassART, Strawberry Field, Spectrum Independent Booker Gifts and Flowers, and Laurel Service Centre. I would also like to publicly thank Gemma Sparkes and Robert Sarginson and Mark Edwards, my amazing team of three who have been part of the whole process from filming and photography to helping transport the artwork to helping hanging the pieces. My work has always been focussed on bringing people together and everyone pulled together during the final few days to help. Also an extra shoutout to Pippos Bakery for making me a Blob cake, it was such a lovely thought!’
