Liverpool is set to be home to yet another great independent eatery this October, which will be located in the heart of Liverpool ONE.
Smoke & Dough will be swinging open its doors on Friday 25th October and will be the first ever UK restaurant of its brand, with the venue taking home in the former Red Hot Buffet on Liverpool ONE’s Terrace.
Offering a unique interactive American-Italian restaurant experience – featuring a one of a kind BBQ concepts, guests will have the opportunity of the finest meats grilled at their table, served straight to their plate. Bringing one fixed menu, at one fixed price, grilled to your personal taste.
The menu will also feature a range of homemade specialty pizzas, flatbreads, salads, cold meat and veggie options for non-meat lovers.
If you’re looking for something a little lighter, the in-house mixologist has been busy causing quite the stir, creating some of the city’s most exceptional cocktails – ready for you to try.
The 7,000sq ft restaurant is located on the Liverpool One terrace, overlooking Chavasse Park, featuring seating for 150 guests in the main dining area and 50 guests in the exclusive bar area – providing the perfect stop for families, groups and shopaholics alike.
