The luxury cosmetics retailer Space NK will make its city debut at Liverpool ONE and join the extensive selection of high-end lifestyle brands on Peters Lane, announced Grosvenor.
Space NK Liverpool ONE, which is scheduled to open in June, will feature a curated collection of more than 100 of the most popular, cutting-edge, and ground-breaking beauty brands, including the newest must-haves like Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez and Rose Inc from Rosie Huntington-Whitley.
The 1,850 sq ft debut store in Liverpool is the brand’s next step in its expansion, building on the success of its 73 stores across the UK and Ireland. The store will feature dedicated consultation areas for makeup and skincare, and a treatment room will include brands available at Space NK. The cost of treatments will be fully redeemable against purchases in the store.
Andy Lightfoot, Space NK CEO explains:
“We are delighted to open our first store in Liverpool. This location has long been one of our most requested, and we look forward to bringing everything Space NK offers to our customers here. The store features our new design which represents the physical evolution of Space NK; a more customer centric, welcoming environment with more brands, more choice, more exclusives all there to be touched and tried, together with our expert staff. We are proud to continue to innovate, with our customer at the heart of everything we do.”
Rob Deacon, Senior Asset Manager at Grosvenor, added:
“We’re looking forward to welcoming Space NK to Liverpool ONE come June, marking the brand’s city debut in the UK’s beauty capital. Joining other internationally renowned brands on Peter’s Lane, including Sweaty Betty which is also set to open in June, Space NK will feel very much at home in the region’s leading destination for premium lifestyle brands.”
The recent signing of Space NK follows the highly successful ARNE activation, also on Peter’s Lane, which ran from 10-12 March. Taking a 2,200 sq ft space, visitors turned out in their masses as the brand brought their lucrative online brand to a physical format.
Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool ONE. Hicks Retail acted for Space NK.
