Two of Liverpool’s much loved venues, Cains Brewery and Punch Tarmey’s have gone fully loaded with their new food menu.
Local food pop-up Incognito Liverpool have taken their much loved FULLY LOADED menu to Liverpool’s trendy Baltic Triangle, serving up trays to share or eat to yourself!
Expect to build your own fully loaded sharing trays, burgers, ribs & more when you visit Punch Tarmey’s and Liverpool’s revived iconic Brewery, Cains both based in Cains Brewery Village.
The dishes have been specially selected as the perfect accompaniment to the Cains beers that are served at both venues including a limited edition rich dark treacle flavoured ‘Bonfire Toffee’ porter available only this weekend.
Food selections include the loaded trays with medium (serves up to 3 people) and large (serves up to 4 people) with bases such as fries, nachos, hash browns, tater tots and rice. Load choices include pulled pork, beef brisket, salt ‘n’ pepper chicken, chopped chicken goujons, chilli con carne, Scouse, 3 bean chilli, Mac ‘n’ cheese with bacon, and vegan salt ‘n’ pepper chicken bites. Sauce toppings include burger sauce, tartare, sriracha, tomato, BBQ, mayonnaise, vegan mayonnaise, garlic mayo, buffalo, ranch, chipotle, South Carolina mustard, sweet chilli, curry sauce, peppercorn sauce, warm nacho cheese, and vegan cheese.
Other delicious dishes on the menu BBQ ribs, loaded burgers, chicken, and small plates.
