VR HERE launch the world’s only Liverpool-based virtual reality rollercoaster

If you’ve ever wanted to know what a rollercoaster in Liverpool would be like then this is as close to the real thing as you’re going to get. With stunning drone footage of the city, the waterfront and beyond, the ride has you mesmerised whilst a moving pod and the high tech headset makes you feel as though you’re actually on a rollercoaster.

The latest feature to come to the multi-award winning virtual reality centre, The Tower: Liverpool is the only one of its type in the world and will only be available at VR HEREThe unique experience is £6 per experience or 2 for £10 if you want to ride in pairs. Alternatively, people can book all the machines via the website which works out as £10 for 15 minutes and you can experience as many pod rides and bike rides within that time.

Located on Paul Street (L3 6DX), the centre is available to book for standard sessions (pay extra for the pods and bike) at £15pp for 30 mins or £25pp for an hour (15% off Mon-Fri). A group booking for up to 12 people can be secured for £290 for 90 minutes of fun and bespoke packages can be arranged with your personal party planner. Currently ranked 2nd on Google for things to do in Liverpool, VR HERE is highly recommended.

In addition to the incredible new attraction, VR HERE has over 40 immersive and diverse games. With 8 booths, a car, a bike and moving pods, there’s a whole world of virtual reality to explore including racing, shooting, space exploration, deep sea diving and more!

The Tower: Liverpool is now open for rides. VR HERE is open 7 days a week (Mon-Fri 3pm — 7pm and Sat-Sun 10am — 8pm) and is open to individual bookings, small groups and large groups and parties. The centre is great for children and adults alike and is suitable for those with special needs.
