Warehouse Cafe sees business boom as the trend for home improvements soars!

The Warehouse Cafe, located in the South Liverpool area, has seen a growth in its trade not only due to its own unique breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu, but also due to its location adjacent to the hugely busy Hunts Cross branch of home decor store, Taskers.

The Warehouse Cafe was launched in July 2019 and was already building a loyal clientele when lockdown hit, and despite the brief respite last summer, like all the restaurant and leisure industry, has been deeply hit by the enforced closures. However, the road out of lockdown has seen the team reunite with enthusiasm, raring to go with its own blend of Italian and more local cuisine, freshly roasted coffee, delicious home baked breads, smoothies and delicious cakes and treats.

All the team have been delighted by the response on the well-respected Trip Advisor review site, where customers have praised the friendly staff, attention to detail and personal service, as well as the warm atmosphere, wonderful food, and the varied, great-value menu. Clients agree that the cafe is a great find, and a welcoming place they look forward to returning to.

As more and more consumers are turning up to enjoy in-store retail therapy, the home decor market is currently growing at a faster rate than any other home retail market, as proud dwellers follow interior design trends and inspirational social media ‘home’ accounts.

Taskers is a renowned name in the city for providing upmarket and trend-aware homeware pieces, and once customers have indulged in shopping, the Warehouse Cafe has seen many Taskers devotees pop in, in search of refreshments. The Warehouse Cafe is also seeing an increase in trade as shoppers who have been confined to online purchases are enjoying visiting the surrounding stores in the Hunts Cross Retail Park.

Owner, ‘Johnny’ as he is known to all regulars said:

“We are so pleased to be back after such a popular, initial launch.

It has been tough to build a business and then have to close it again, but once we could reopen, we have been able to welcome familiar faces and new customers. We are really privileged to have a large, outdoor seating area as well as a spacious indoor accommodation. We have a tight-knit team, and I am also recruiting staff, which is a great feeling to create jobs at the moment, and we are committed to providing the absolute best high-quality food, with an innovative menu. The Warehouse Cafe has really been welcomed by the local community, and in a busy shopping area, we enjoy giving people an oasis where they can relax and meet friends and loved ones.”

The Warehouse Cafe is based at Unit 3, Speke Hall Road, and is open every day between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
