Liverpool is now home to some new exciting food and drinks venues to add to your list of new places to try out!

So, get dressed up, throw on your party shoes and head on down to some of the many new venues recently opened in the city.

Tiki Bao

Tiki Bao

Seel Street, Liverpool

Tiki Bao bar is the freshest new addition to the ever-popular Seel Street and aims to leave your troubles at the door while indulging in plenty of elaborate cocktails!

Located on the rooftop of Butter and The Highball Club, expect party perfect Rum punch, tropical tiki cocktails all served up in classic tall, long ceramic Tiki mugs.

Cocktails on the menu include Singapore Sling, Tiki Bao Zombie, Sake Mai Tai, Bourbon Smash and Jungle Bird. Shots and frozen slushes are available, as well as sharers of Tiki Sangria, Dark N Tawny and Monster Zombie.

The venue also serves up tasty grub Bao style to enjoy, you can add the likes of Nacho Bao, Chippy Bao, Crackpot Bao and vegan options Jarg Buffalo Bao and Shroom Bao.

Spanish Caravan

Slater Street, Liverpool

Slater Street is saying Si Senor to its latest bar the Spanish Caravan! Bringing its motto ‘Chilled Days, Wild Nights and Balearic Vibes’ to the city, this little Spanish delight is a much-welcomed Mediterranean bar to Liverpool’s cultural selection.

Delivering the finest Spanish draught beers such as Estrella Galicia, Alhambra and bottled beer and cider such as Moritz and Maeloc Sidra Con Fresa, a visit to the venue will feel like you’ve taken that European city break.

The venues drinks menu also boasts a great selection of cocktails with their own twist, with wines and spirits also on the list.

Spanish Caravan also serves up accompanying food, such as Bocadillo, delicious charcuterie boards and for the sweet tooth Churro Cinnamon dusted donuts.

The new venue on Slater Street is the latest in the brand, with a venue also located on Eccleston Street, Prescot.

Gino D’Acampo 360 Sky Bar

Old Hall Street, Liverpool

An incredible new 360 Sky Bar at Gino D’Acampo Old Hall Street has now opened at the INNSiDE hotel.

Located on the 18th floor of the impressive new hotel, the 360 Sky Bar offers panoramic views of the city and beyond, a cocktail list that will have you lusting for the weekend or an indulgent after work drink, complemented by an inviting list of Italian small plates, Cicchetti, perfect for date nights, an indulgent bite over business, or enjoyed with family and friends.

Drinks menu includes Bellinis, Aperol spritz, Hugo spritzes, Negroni ‘Sbagliato and an extensive selection of wine, sparkling wine and champagne, a generous range of spirits and artisan Italian beers.  

The Cicchetti menu includes scallops, vermouth, lemon and parsley, salmon tartare, avocado, chilli and capers, burrata panzanella (v), and pork belly, radicchio and hazelnuts.

Tres Liverpool

Tres Liverpool is the place to be in the city right now, bringing sophisticated cocktails, a touch of class and boujee vibes.

Located just off Victoria Street the venue is based under the Uno Building which is home to its company flagship brand iStay Liverpool.

The venue is one for them Instagram worthy shots, from the traditional branched Swarovski Crystal chandelier focal point upon entering the bar to the plush turquoise seated booth areas to the classic black and gold bar area and stool seating, the beautifully decorated venue is one to add to the list.

Drinks range from cocktails, champagne, to a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits to enjoy while relaxing in the bar’s suave ambience.

With music provided by a DJ, the intimate bar proposes an unrivalled atmosphere to the heart of the city.

Hatch

The team behind La’go have now opened their latest venture Hatch a new ‘dive bar’ located on Slater Street.

Bringing you astonishingly average drinks but with a price tag that bridges the gap in expectations, expect indie vibes, a laid-back attitude and bright neon lights.

The venue offers drinks such as Hatch Batch which includes a cocktail, bomb and shot, as well as pints and doubles at bargain prices, making it easier on the purse strings when socialising.

Hatch will be showing live sports and is set to live up to its expectations of ‘another place to make unfortunate but fun life choices’.

Pepper Cat Sports Bar

Bold Street, Liverpool 

New Liverpool’s sports bar Pepper Cat Sports has opened on Bold Street and will be bringing all thrills and spills of the latest sporting events.

The venue is located beneath American-inspired restaurant Slim’s and is the exciting concept from the team behind Salt Dog Slim’s.

Home to 14 flatscreen, LED TVs with multiple feeds so everyone can get the best view of more than one game at the same time.

The sports bar offers an American-themed menu with food such as Salt & Pepper ribs, BBQ corn ribs, Peppercats Double Cheeseburger, Peppercats Cornflake Chicken Burger, Peppercats Vegan Burger, Korean Hot Dog, Slim’s famous Lo Pan Fries with fried Sui Mai, curry sauce char sui and salt and pepper seasoning, all available to order.

Sporting events Champion’s League fixtures, all televised Premier League games, UFC fights, major golf, NFL, NBA, racing, rugby and primetime Box Office events.

Hummingbird

North John Street, Liverpool

Bringing inspiration from the art deco era and beautiful hand-crafted cocktails, Hummingbird located on North John Street is set to be one of Liverpool’s most decadent bars.

By day, the bar will be a sanctuary for those looking to relax and get away from it all. By night, the bar will have a cool cocktail lounge feel and evoke the spirit of the roaring 20’s.

Guests can explore an eclectic drinks menu of wines, Champagnes, beers and spirits as well as a cocktail menu of classics and some unique Hummingbird twists.

With live music at weekends in the form of DJ’s and live acts playing upbeat vintage tunes there is no doubt that Hummingbird will be a great addition to the exciting bar scene in Liverpool. 

The venue is set to open from Monday 27th September.
