‘Your Baby Scan’ in Widnes was visited last month by the CQC, who regulate all private ultrasound providers, and they’ve now received the exciting news they are the highest rated private ultrasound clinic in the North West!
Your Baby Scan first opened their doors in 2015 and was set up by local husband and wife team, Kurt and Danielle Farrar. Kurt has a background in IT which has resulted in the business having many bespoke features and systems that aren’t common in private clinics. Danielle’s background is in customer service, and this is something that Your Baby Scan is renowned for.
Their sonographers are all fully qualified with skills in medical ultrasound and the rest of the team bring admin and technology skills alongside a customer focus to ensure each customer has the best experience possible.
This exceptional customer service with the exclusivity and gifts/extras-offered has led Your Baby Scan to becoming the celebrity go-to for private scans. Dr Hannah Kinsella visited them for her scan which was filmed and aired on The Real Housewives Of Cheshire.
This year saw the business launch a UK first; a live streaming service, where the customers family and friends from across the world can join in online and view the scan in real time. The business has also won many awards throughout 2021, such as Winner at Prestige Awards for Best Baby Ultrasound Centre of the Year for Manchester & The North West. Their second award of the year was from the Global Health & Pharmaceutical Awards as the 2021 Winner of Best Baby Scanning Service for Cheshire.
