Go Trail at Go Outside Formby

Go trail is an interactive trail through Formby Pinewoods with the people you enjoy the most. It’s a back to basic 2 hour survival trail designed by Royal Marine Commandos!

Download your interactive video and report for duty and on arrival you will collect your mission pack, and follow your map to your first checkpoint.

Mission tasks will include:

🧭 Map orientation, Camouflage
🔥 Fire building/Marshmallow toasting
💪 Obstacle course
🛕 Temple of doom
👀 Observation stance
🦋 Scavenger Hunt
🎯 Target Acquisition
🇬🇧 Great escape
💣 Floor is lava

This is all about bonding in your group and working together as a tight unit to complete your mission.

Groups will arrive at 15 min intervals as per their online booking.There will be no interaction in the forest with other groups. On arrival you will be greeted by your Commanding Officer, where you will receive your mission pack and instructions and head into the wilderness towards your first rendezvous point!

There are 9 rendezvous points in total, and at each one lies a mission that will aid you in your survival as a soldier.

You will need to work together as a team to complete your mission and to pass out of the other side as a fully fledged Go Outside Commando. Your time around the trail will last approximately 2 hours, all missions are a timed challenge, and there are some amazing missions to complete.

Go Trail’s newest activities are themed around iconic movies which will leave the parents with a sense of nostalgia, making them feel like big kids.

The course is designed for all ages, so whether you are navigating your way across the rickety Bridge from the Temole of doom, escaping the tunnels from the Great Escape or ziplining from the back to the future clock tower, it is literally fun for all ages.

You will be guaranteed to leave very tired after an amazing day out for all the family!
