Mamasan Reveals Late-Night Cocktails and Weekend DJs in Collaboration with Midnight Riot.

Brand-new South East Asian inspired restaurant and bar, Mamasan has announced a musical collaboration with Midnight Riot; the internationally renowned London-based record label, founded by Yam Who? – also Mixmag’s Disco Editor.

The newly opened venue located at Liverpool ONE, will transform from a contemporary restaurant into a destination bar, with delicious original cocktails ordered to the table. Mamasan’s signature serves include LOTUS: lemongrass vodka/butterfly pea flower /lychee/egg white; SPARKLING BLOOD ORANGE NEGRONI: blood orange gin/sweet vermouth /Campari; and PISTACHIO AVIATION: gin/maraschino/violet liqueur /pistachio/lemon.

And for the weekends, Mamasan will add DJs into the mix for all-night good vibes. Midnight Riot, voted one of the most influential disco labels of the past decade, will curate the weekends at Mamasan. Those indulging in a late-night escapade can expect the true sound of Midnight Riot, with everything from disco, funk and classic house, to starlight nu-boogie and Balearic beats – with DJs sets from the label’s team; Yam Who?, Jaegerossa, plus local DJs in the Midnight Riot family.

With food served until 11pm at the weekends, guests with a late-night dinner reservation will have the table all night – and those joining for drinks from 10pm will do too, as the entire space becomes a place to party. Mamasan’s premium experiential dining concept captures the true essence of modern South East Asia; elevated with the best of Great Britain’s produce from farm, field and sea. Spanning across three-floors, Mamasan restaurant and bar features striking monochrome interiors, private and social dining spaces, a unique, high caliber sound system that’s inspired by Japanese listening bars, and an expansive panoramic roof terrace & bar; seamlessly evolving from indoor to outdoor dining and drinking.

Mamasan’s bar has an extensive drinks selection that showcases creative mixology, with inventive cocktails, and complements the chefs’ offering, including fine wines, craft beers, and premium spirits. The bar’s mixologists are renowned for their indulgent classics and signature cocktails to wow; using fresh produce mixed with handmade shrubs, syrups and some molecular magic. It’s the place to be for those looking for a touch of glam with their after-hours party.

Reserve a table for dinner and drinks here. Open every day of the week, from early brunching to late night dining and dancing. Mamasan and Midnight Riot will also curate a series of terrace takeovers, with details to be announced soon.
