This August, Liverpool is set to welcome MĀNUKA – a brand new exciting Australasian hangout nestled in the heart of the Ropewalk’s area, the perfect setting for those seeking a more laid-back life, full of flavour and goodness.
Named after the revered Manuka honey, native to New Zealand and Australia, this new neighbourhood restaurant is set to tantalise taste buds with its locally sourced produce and modern Antipodean dishes serving a menu of fresh, healthy brunch and lunch favourites served the MĀNUKA way.
MĀNUKA promises a laid back experience as guests are encouraged to enjoy life ‘sunny side up’ with specially curated brunch dishes by day and tantilising small plates by night. Alongside an outstanding wine and cocktail menu inspired by life from the Southern Hemisphere, evoking a sense of warmth and togetherness.
By day, MĀNUKA invites guests to indulge freshly baked pastries, specialty coffee, and nutritious smoothies, starting the day on a wholesome note. As the sun sets, MĀNUKA transforms into a cozy evening spot, offering a selection of small plates, wines & cocktails, against a soulful soundtrack of Iive music & DJ’s.

They welcome local independent suppliers and artists to reach out to them to showcase and sell their goods and thrive together.
From sunup to sundown, MĀNUKA promises to be the warm glow at the top of Duke Street, Liverpool, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends and loved ones when it opens this month.
This new venue will open on Monday 14 August.
