Mamasan in Liverpool ONE will host the city’s first Dim Sum Disco bottomless brunch.
The restaurant and bar, which is already known for its exceptional South East Asian-inspired dishes and stunning interiors, has developed a brand new brunch concept.
Its Dim Sum Disco bottomless brunch will combine delicious food, premium drinks, floor-filling tunes, and entertainment into a one-of-a-kind, lively dining experience.
In addition to small and large plates, it offers under-500 calorie options that are just as filling.
flavorful, but ideal for anyone trying to stick to a daily calorie limit.
The new menu, which goes on sale on Saturday, November 25, is £45 per person and will be available every Saturday between 12 and 6pm, with the last booking at 4pm.
Brunch guests will have the option of three small plates or one large plate, as well as 90 minutes of premium bottomless drinks, which will include signature and classic cocktails, Bottega Gold Prosecco, gin, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic mocktails.
Thai fried chicken, Indonesian crispy chicken satay, Surf & Turf Singapore noodles, Thai green curry, and chicken katsu curry will be among the dishes on the menu.
The Dim Sum Disco bottomless brunch will include DJs spinning big vocal house anthems and classic disco tracks, a sax player, and mirrorball head dancers moving between tables and interacting with diners.
Mamasan, a three-story restaurant with a capacity of 200, debuted in Liverpool ONE two years ago.
Since then, it has gained a reputation for its elevated Southeast cuisine, beautiful décor, and a roof garden with some of the best views of the city.
Craig Cavanagh, general manager, is eager to add something special to complement the venue’s upscale surroundings.
He said:
“Bottomless brunches are so popular in Liverpool, and we wanted ours to be more elite with a really high level of entertainment that had never been done here before.
“The aesthetics of Mamasan are beautiful and the food and drinks are amazing, so we decided to combine them with a stylish theatrical element.
“Our premium bottomless brunch with an Asian twist will be unlike any other in the city and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone up and dancing and having the best time.”
