Small-plate extraordinaire and firm Liverpool favourite Maray has opened a third location in the city centre after their first site on Bold Street started serving up in 2014.
Located on the iconic Albert Dock, the new restaurant boasts gorgeous views of the Liver building and is the perfect place for diners to watch the sun sink under the skyline whilst enjoying a bite to eat.
The 65-cover restaurant will continue to serve small plates with influences from the Middle East, North Africa and the Mediterranean, with the variety on offer sure to delight veggies, vegans and meat-eaters alike.
Amongst the dishes on offer are spicy lamb shawarma, hummus and falafel and, of course, the “Disco Cauliflower”, a firm favourite seasoned with harissa and tahini which rose to prominence at Maray’s other locations.
Maray’s cocktail menu invites diners to try something a little different once the dishes have been cleared- the Agent Cooper is an in-house twist on an espresso martini with hazelnut and chocolate bitters for a warm and decadent after-dinner drink.
As Maray joins a host of other restaurants at the Albert Dock, it’s no doubt that this location in the heart of Liverpool’s waterfront will bring in new audiences and entrench their place on Liverpool’s dining scene.
