Jack’s Bar, inside Scruffy Murphy on Harrington Street is now open for private hire/bookings.
The group behind Abbey Road Bar & Kitchen, DWNTWN, Harrison’s Bar & Kitchen & Aparthotel and Scruffy Murphy’s are pleased to open the new addition this week.
Scruffy Murphy’s, which opened last summer, is a themed Irish/American Bar. Situated on Harrington Street, between Castle Street and Matthew Street.
The venue is all about live music, sports and good times. With 17 screens of live sports and iconic retro arcade machines including Time Crisis, Wrestlefest, Ninja Turtles, Street Fighter 2, Mortal Kombat and Sega Rally.
Local artist Paul Curtis, Liverpool’s most instagrammed artist, has worked with the leisure Group on several occasions and has painted the bar.
Nicola Leppert, Business Development Manager for AR Leisure comments:
“Jack’s Bar is now open and our favourite local artist, Paul Curtis has done another great job, with images of the likes of BB King and Johnny Cash.
With your own bar and 2 private pool tables the idea is for the larger groups wanting some space for themselves inside Scruffy Murphy’s to book. You can book this space by contacting us via our socials and Jack’s Bar can accommodate upto 40 people.”
