Tapas Revolution’s latest Liverpool site marks its tenth across the brand, with restaurants in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Bath, Newcastle, Sheffield and more.
Madrid-born Executive Chef Omar Allibhoy has led the menu and will be creating the free samples for guests at the pop up van.
He explained:
“We’re so excited to have opened our doors at our new Liverpool city centre site. To give our guests a taster of the menu, we’ll be providing complimentary tapas dishes including our incredibly popular calamari and chorizo, and everyone’s favourite; patatas bravas. For those with a sweet tooth, we’ll have our delicious churros tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with warm chocolate dipping sauce.
“I’ll be serving the dishes and hope to see many of our Scouse guests so that I can chat through our menu and the dishes and answer any questions on Liverpool’s newest tapas restaurant.”
