This week new tapas restaurant Tapas Revolution, which is heading to Queen Square, will be bringing a taste of Spain with a pop up tapas van to celebrate the arrival of the new venue.

Offering complimentary calamari, patatas bravas, chorizo and churros to passing guests, the team wanted to welcome Liverpool in style.

Taking place on Wednesday 3rd November, Thursday 4th November and Friday 5th November from 12-3pm and 5-8pm, And (weather permitting) there will also be a large paella served in the evening, but guests are encouraged to visit early as once it’s gone, it’s gone!

The new restaurant-bar is open from Wednesday 3rd November for delicious paellas and everyone’s favourite tapas dishes including patatas bravas, calamari and chorizo roasted in cider.

Tapas Revolution’s latest Liverpool site marks its tenth across the brand, with restaurants in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Bath, Newcastle, Sheffield and more.

Madrid-born Executive Chef Omar Allibhoy has led the menu and will be creating the free samples for guests at the pop up van.

He explained:

“We’re so excited to have opened our doors at our new Liverpool city centre site. To give our guests a taster of the menu, we’ll be providing complimentary tapas dishes including our incredibly popular calamari and chorizo, and everyone’s favourite; patatas bravas. For those with a sweet tooth, we’ll have our delicious churros tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with warm chocolate dipping sauce.

“I’ll be serving the dishes and hope to see many of our Scouse guests so that I can chat through our menu and the dishes and answer any questions on Liverpool’s newest tapas restaurant.”
