The Lab Liverpool has expanded into new premises, opening their doors this week, combined with the launch of its first inclusive juice, nutrition and coffee bar, Well Liverpool.

The Lab Liverpool has already built an impressive reputation under the stewardship of Joe Neill, 28, and his experienced team. Joe, a former professional athlete, has created a place where clients have come to expect first rate personal training and a variety of fitness experiences, as well as enabling everyone involved to gain an understanding and education in how to maintain long term health and fitness.

The Lab Liverpool’s unique one-to-one training approach has proved to be hugely successful, intent on bettering lifestyles with personal goals, support and informed encouragement.

As step 2 of the government road map came on Monday 12th April this gave the green light for Joe and his team to open their new doors for the first time. The Lab Liverpool relocated from its original Stanley Street location to popular, nearby Dale Street, ensuring its city centre status, with the advantage of increased floor space as well as all-new equipment and facilities.

Joe has now added to his team of expert trainers and the new facility will now see the inclusion of mentored memberships, access to premium services including personal fitness and nutrition support, and affordable group training memberships, too.

On the ground floor now is “Well Liverpool.” Open to members and non-members it will provide fresh, healthy juices, nutritious snacks and popular coffees as a post-workout boost and as a chance to grab something on-the-go in this busy business and retail area of the city centre. As the Lab Liverpool is so intent on providing clients with a total lifestyle experience, it made sense to include this service, so that they can refuel in the knowledge that their physical efforts are being complemented with nourishing food and drink choices.

Joe Neill says,

“After months and months of hard work and all set with a backdrop of an international pandemic to say we are happy to open this week is a real understatement! The past 13 months have been unprecedented for everyone, even more so for those in business. So, to finally open our new site this week gives us great satisfaction. The response of clients, both new and old has made it all worthwhile. The feedback has been superb, and it is great to see people’s enthusiasm to get back into training again.“

The gym area is now 4 times the size of the original site and the equipment range is second to none. Combining training and food is something Joe has wanted to achieve since he set up. Joe adds “Training is only 50% of it. With the right fuel results and gains are achieved and are a lot more sustainable.”

Well Liverpool is open from 7am daily until 5pm, with plans to extend this come the summer. The Lab Liverpool is open 6am until 8pm.
