Self-isolation can become somewhat overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling deflated mentally as well as physically.

To help you dust off the dauting isolation laziness and fatigue, we have put a guide together of some of the many amazing health and wellbeing sessions to get you active!

From Yoga, raving and relaxation, why not dig out the Lycra and trainers and get your body moving.

Awake Liverpool

Awake Liverpool are offering live meditation, yoga and breath work sessions to help families through the self-isolation period.

Led by Awake’s co-founder Dianne Atherton, who has been practising yoga and meditation for over 15 years, the sessions are conducted through the video communication app Zoom.

Dianne is providing sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am and Tuesday evenings at 6pm in a bid to help families combat anxiety and stress, whilst aiding with mindfulness, a positive mental attitude and health and wellbeing.

Awake is keen to make the sessions available to all and rather than charging a fixed fee, has made the sessions by donation only. All abilities are also welcome.

To get involved, email awakeliverpool@gmail.com or message @awakeliverpool on Instagram to register your interest.
