Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to the resort with the launch “The Patio” at the Fairway Grill, Restaurant & Bar.
Outdoor and overlooking the stunning championship golf course, visitors to The Patio can enjoy the great British summer under a chic-tented canopy complete with fire pit, cozy chairs, tables, blankets and a brand new small-plates menu from Head Chef, Nathan Noon.
The menu of Mediterranean-inspired small plates has something for everyone. Choose three plates for £15 and enjoy tasty options including Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Honey Roasted Chorizo, Garlic King Prawns w/ Chili & Coriander, Grilled Seabass & White Bean Cassoulet and Deep Fried Goats Cheese, to name a few.
Also on the menu includes a selection of delicious sandwiches and flat breads such as Olive & Caramelized Red Onion and Pesto, Mozzarella & Pinenut, as well as an extensive drinks menu of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. The full menu is available here.
Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year and The Patio launch is just the first in a series of special events planned to mark its birthday as the resort begins its road to full reopening. The resort also has a new General Manager, Andrew Steel Jamieson bringing with him a 30-year career in hospitality across the UK and Europe.
The Patio is open now (from Monday, April 12) for bookings and walk-ins. All Covid safety and security measures are in place.
