One Percent Forest Liverpool

Icelandic-inspired coffee shop and bar One Percent Forest is a new fresh addition to land on the Woolton Village social scene.  With an endless love for all things Scandinavian, Dean Caffery and his partner Hannah Sharp have brought that little bit of Iceland to the city, offering visitors food and drink using popular ingredients from the Nordic culture.

Not only does this chilled haunt offer a variation of tasty dishes to indulge from waffles choices such as Icelandic Skyr, Lingonberry jam, to the “Scandi Dog” a 100% pork dog in a brioche bun with pickles, remoulade and crispy onions, the place also offers a range of carefully selected craft beers, wines and unique cocktails.

The cocktail menu has an array of luscious good-tasting potions to choose from, with options such as the Blue Lagoon and lands of Fire & Ice, kick back and sip away while taking in the North Atlantic vibes the venue has to offer.

The coffee & tea menu has a wide range to select from, with coffee roasted by Dark Woods coffee in Huddersfield, also offers alternatives decaf, soy, oat and almond.

So, whether you choose to pop in for a bite to eat and some coffee or you want to head down for some drinks, we highly recommend you get into the Nordic feel and pay One Percent Forest a visit.
