Snooker legend Mark Williams is coming to Liverpool

Mark Williams MBE, a snooker legend, is coming to Liverpool for a one-night exhibition at The Adelphi Hotel.

Mark who has won the World Championship three times will provide captivating information regarding his life and professional journey. Additionally, he will execute a thrilling snooker exhibition and invite members of the audience to participate in a frame.

On the night, the audience will witness the iconic snooker legend, affectionately referred to as ‘The Welsh Potting Machine’, demonstrate his entertaining style of play and impressive long potting ability as he takes on 10 different players in 10 frames. Among his challengers will be Gareth Hibbott, the current Merseyside Champion Of Champions, and the audience will have the opportunity to participate in the event.

Snooker fans are in for a treat on Friday, June 7th at The Adelphi Hotel starting at 7.30pm. One of the greatest snooker players of all time is coming to Liverpool for one night only, so get ready for an evening of nostalgia and potting skill! In addition to playing a frame against Mark and having the opportunity to win snooker memorabilia through a raffle and auction that evening, there are a number of packages available.

Most packages have sold out but there’s still standard RED BALL packages and BLUE BALL packages that include meet & greet, professional photo and complimentary drink.

The first left handed player to win the World Championship, Mark Williams has won 25 ranking tournaments, including two UK Championships. In the 2002-03 season he became only the third player, after Steve Davis and Steven Hendry, to win all three ‘Triple Crown’ events in one season.

Tony Cook, a longtime participant in the Liverpool snooker scene, founded Tram Productions. Apart from his significant contribution to the Liverpool snooker leagues, Tony spent 20 years as a member of a globally recognised Beatles tribute band until recently. Presently, he is a qualified tour guide for The Magical Mystery Tour.

Tony founded Tram Productions to bring unique and nostalgic events to Liverpool, making him a true ambassador for the city. Tram Productions is putting on some serious showcases, with upcoming shows including Ferry Cross The Mersey 60th Anniversary and a sold-out Wack Pack show featuring Ricky Tomlinson, Asa Murphy, Joe Speare, and Steve Charles!
